The European Union-Vietnam Free Trade Agreement (EVFTA), taking effect on August 2020, was expected to bring strategic benefits for Vietnam with one of its largest and most important partners. However, the United Kingdom, a leading economy within EU, left EU January same year. new free trade aggrement between UK Vietnam, known as UKVFTA, signed hope avoid missing any that EVFTA had promised. This paper aims identify analyze impact two aggrements, UKFTA Vietnam-EU’s Vietnam-UK trades under negative effects Covid-19 pandemic. A compehensive analysis mentioned partners year before after agrrement made carry out positive contracts. secondary data were taken from World Bank, ADB Office Statistics. results showed that, aggrements successfully brought about higher surpluses trade, despite fact overall are mostly deficit during four examined years. would be helpful evaluate agreements overcoming pandemic other developing countries.
